Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales of Amazon Web Services solutions across enterprise and mid-market customers
- Own revenue targets and consistently achieve/exceed sales quotas
- Identify, qualify, and close large-scale cloud transformation opportunities
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships across enterprise accounts (CIO, CTO, CDO)
- Lead complex sales cycles including RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Collaborate with AWS solution architects and internal technical teams for solution design
- Develop territory plans, account strategies, and pipeline growth initiatives
- Drive adoption across AWS cloud services including compute, storage, networking, security, analytics, and AI/ML
- Work closely with SI/ISV/partner ecosystem for co-selling opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and competitive cloud landscape
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT / enterprise technology sales with strong cloud sales exposure
- Prior experience working with AWS or certification in AWS Sales / AWS Partner Network / AWS Partner programs
- Proven track record in selling cloud or infrastructure solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, migration strategies, and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience handling large enterprise accounts and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales approach
- Experience working with channel partners, SI partners, and managed service providers
