Position Overview: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (0–3 years) who can go beyond code to understand and solve real business problems. A successful candidate will combine solid development skills with logical reasoning, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Job Description:
1. Application Development:
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL.
- Support the frontend development using React and JavaScript to deliver clean and responsive interfaces.
- Translate basic business requirements into functional code under guidance from senior developers.
2. Database Management:
- Write and test SQL queries to support application features.
- Understand relational database design and learn performance optimization techniques.
3. Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with team members, including developers, QA, product managers, and designers to deliver features on time.
- Participate in sprint planning and team discussions to gain exposure to agile methodologies.
4. Code Quality & Debugging:
- Follow standard coding practices, version control protocols, and internal documentation norms.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software development using any of the following: C#, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, SQL
- Strong interest in building full-stack applications and working in a product-driven environment
- Logical reasoning and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, web technologies, and databases

-Designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of web applications.
-Integrating Payment Gateway, POS & Loyalty systems (such as Freedom Pay, Card Connect, Auth.net, Square, Oracle, Olo, NCR, Clover, Deliverer, etc. if applicable).
-Having experience with Svelte and Azure Cosmos DB is a plus.
-Using .NET Core/MVC, MSSQL, Angular 8+, and Web API.
-Designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reusable C# code using design patterns.
-Building and consuming J SON-based ASP.NET Web API services.
-Executing patches and proactive remediation for Legacy Applications, including designing, developing, and testing web applications with .NET, HTML, CSS, and other technologies.
