One such solution is the "Goodnity" app which motivates employees to regularly provide anonymous feedback on their own work and thus captures not only the up-to-the-minute sentimental pictures but also possible opportunities and problems to ensure the best possible control of the company. For the continued development of its web and mobile applications, Workspex is seeking to hire a passionate Front End Developer at the Goa, India, location. Responsibility: Ability to gather requirements from the product team in order to implement full project builds while requiring minimal technical oversight Ensure client websites adhere to defined coding, performance, accessibility and usability standards Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications Provide website maintenance and enhancements Write functional requirement documents and specifications Create quality mockups and prototypes on tight timelines Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface Stay up-to-date on emerging new technologies Promote usability best practices Requirements: You have at least 3 years working experience in developing user interfaces with HTML, CSS and JavaScript Experience with AngularJS and Ionic frameworks Demonstrate an impressive portfolio that conveys that you not only have good taste but also can work on a variety of projects. Strong communication skills along with excellent problem solving / analytical skills Ability to translate mockups into seamless web applications with perfect visual and functional elements.
