This is not a typical job.

You’ll be responsible for building the product from scratch, making key technical decisions, and shaping the future of the company.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product development
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs
• Design clean, efficient architecture
• Work closely with me (founder) on product decisions
• Ship fast, iterate faster
• Set up the engineering foundation (code, infra, standards)

⚡ What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack or backend experience
• Ability to build from 0 → 1
• High ownership mindset (no hand-holding)
• Product thinking (not just coding)
• Comfortable working in ambiguity
• Based in Bangalore (important)

• Not a 9–5 job
• Not a high-salary role (initially)
• Not for someone looking for short-term comfort

💰 Compensation

💼 Role: Customer Support Executive

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Compensation

• ₹20,000 Fixed Salary

🌟 What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide customers on using WorkBuddyHR effectively.
• Conduct product onboarding sessions for new clients.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, referrals, and product adoption.
• Capture customer feedback and help improve our product.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and Kannada are a plus).
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
