Vola Finance is a fast-growing startup reshaping the financial sector. Here, we have three verticals, and you will lead our NEO banking vertical as a Product Manager, driving product strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for the NEO banking vertical
• Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams
• Product Growth: Drive product metrics, user acquisition, and retention strategies
• KPI Development: Define and track product metrics and success indicators
• User Research: Conduct user research and translate insights into product features
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams
• Feature Prioritization: Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing startup
• Strong technical background with knowledge of Laravel or similar tech stacks
• Proven track record of scaling products and driving user growth
• Experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams
• Experience with data-driven decision making and A/B testing
• Financial sector experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Experience with agile methodologies

Backend Developer

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MySQL, AWS, Git, PHP, HTML.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Laravel framework.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP development.
• Overall professional experience of 3+ years.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express framework.
• Education: Graduation with an aggregate of 70%.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The primary role will be development, quality check and maintenance of the platform to ensure improvement and stability.
• Contribute to the development of effective functions and systems that can meet the overall objectives of the company.
• Understanding of performance engineering and optimization.
• Ability to design and code complex programs.

Overview

We're looking for a Mid-to senior level data analyst who can create underwriting methodologies based on users' financial data, assist with regular evaluation and reporting, and help us in continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a good product-based startup who can be a go-getter, and has helped the product to launch different functionalities, and has experience stabilizing it.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant work experience in the finance industry is a plus
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of data visualization tools such as Redash.
• ML/Statistical model or algorithm is a bonus
• A good understanding of the product life cycle and product-based analytical experience is a must
• The ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and help the stakeholders with the right insights is a must
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of start-up is a must

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Python Full Stack Development experience is preferred.
• Able to create modern data pipelines and data processing using AWS PAAS components (Glue, Sagemaker studio, etc.) or open source tools (Spark, Hbase, Hive, etc.).
• A good understanding of ML/ AI algorithms and statistical algorithms is mandatory.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving is essential  
• Ability to model and design modern data structures, SQL/NoSQL databases, Data Lakes, Cloud Data Warehouse (SnowFlake preferred).
• Experience on data stores such as DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Oracle, and AWS RDS.
• Deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Azure Devops, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with API tools such as REST, Swagger, Postman.
• Working in Agile Framework. 
• Previous work experience in a fintech/finance product-based industry is a bonus.
• Previous work on the Churn models is a bonus.
