Work with clients in support of new business opportunities, client service, and internal team communication

• Understanding client queries on features and issue , coordinating with internal team members.
• Utilize product solutions and marketing teams to refine service offerings.
• Client service executives collaborate with a company’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of products.
• Must be strategic planners and have a strong understanding of a company’s products so they can train clients and answer questions in both group and one-on-one situations

• Client communication and ensuring completion of task with total customer satisfaction along with TAT/Quality.
.Preferably having knowledge on different software tools.

Requirements:

1. The candidate must be a LLB- degree holder or a Final year Law student.

2. The candidate must have abreast legal knowledge and should be thorough with common acts and sections.

3. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. The candidate must have brilliant Drafting and Interpretation skills.

4.The candidate must be available for a 6-month full-time internship.

5. The candidate must have an eye for detail and the ability to identify risks

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes.

Supervisory & Responsibilities:

• Hires     and trains quality assurance staff.   
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.   
• Conducts performance evaluations that are     timely and constructive.        
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company     policy.    
  
  

     Role & Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet     required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.   
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.    
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development     team, and other appropriate staff.   
• Coordinates product testing processes.    
• Participates in product testing.    
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly     when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates     solutions to these issues.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.

Lead Quality Assurance Engineer is required to have hands-on experience in end to end Manual/Automated testing. He/She should be able to write test plans/strategy and should be able to execute it. He/She should be able to write an automation framework from scratch and should be able to write test scripts..

HR Responsibilities:

1. Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting,
2. Handling joining formalities, arranging interview, employment contracts etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
3. Able to generate new ideas on employee engagement activities (like birthday celebration / fun activity/ fitness activities) and doing necessary communication and arrangements.
4. Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals. Update and manage employee records. Perform other duties as assigned
5. Basic knowledge about the HRM process.

Admin Responsibilities:

1.Taking care of ticket bookings( air/ train) and accommodation for employees through online portals.
2.re-solving maintenance issues of company assets and arranging routine maintenance. Keeping record of office stationery, maintenance of Fire extinguisher, CCTV, AC, Electricity, Telephone ,Photocopier etc

3. Must have knowledge in IT ( laptop/Mobile) gadgets .Solving issues related to employee laptops.
3.Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
4.Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising refreshments.
5.Handles expenses and billing cycles of Admin vendors
6.Supervising office boy ,Housekeeping , security guards.
7.Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
8.Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
9.Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
10.Look after Pantry services.
11. Handling all activities related to the new office set up.
12.Finding cost effective vendors and managing their work and agreements.

13.Must have knowledge on maintaining google calendar,virtual meetings.
