Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and remedy defects within Yoga Sessions and the process.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Compile and evaluate each session.
- Ensure that organisation expectations are met during the session validation process
- Investigate the problems incurred while in the session and find the solution for the same.
- Provide feedback and generate insights for continuous process improvement to the leadership
- Design & create weekly quality check reports & scorecards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Bachelors and/or Masters in Commerce, Computer Engineering, Business Management.
- 1+ years experience in a Qulaity Checker role in a BPO/KPO

As a SEO Executive you are responsible for:
- Technical SEO: Implement technical SEO best practices to optimize website structure, performance, and crawlability, ensuring maximum visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to our target audience and business objectives.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page content for target keywords, user experience, and search engine algorithms.
- Video SEO: Develop and execute strategies to optimize video content for search engines, including YouTube SEO and video metadata optimization.

You are qualified if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

You are responsible for:
- Specify product requirements to address needs for US based yoga students
- Analyze consumer analytics data to understand student behavior in order to develop ideas that improve student conversion, usage and retention
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
- Communicate requirements to engineering team, design team, data analytics team, support team and marketing team
- Conduct training to educate different organizations on the new products
- Develop marketing collateral - text based and audio/visual content to drive the launch and usage of new products
- Conduct conversations and surveys with students to better understand their usage of products and improvements that they would like. Understand the neuroscience of building habits and how they can build products, game mechanics and triggers to drive engagement and user adoption - in order to improve students health and happiness.
- Align product requirements with overall company strategy.
You are qualified:
- If you have 2 years of experience working as a core product manager
- Graduated with Bachelors Degree in Engineering(B.E./B.Tech)
