Requisite:

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience of working in the SaaS Industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a new digital project that the company is undertaking to expand the business.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies and digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and draft content for various channels, including WhatsApp, email, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with multiple software companies to add them to our existing offerings.
• Manage and review content around some software products.
• Manage our social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and growing our social media presence.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential clients and partners.
• Manage webinars, including informing attendees 15 minutes before the start, handling webinar-related email communications, and managing follow-up tasks.
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
• Content writing: Blogs and posts
• Social media posting.

1. Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to users of our Tally software. resolving issues and answering queries promptly and effectively.

2. Utilize your deep knowledge of Tally to guide customers through software functionalities, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure smooth software operations.

3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to explain complex accounting concepts and software features to users with varying levels of expertise.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate software bugs, suggesting improvements and enhancements to our development team for a seamless user experience.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our customers.

6. Leverage your problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer pain points, working closely with them to find suitable solutions and improve their overall experience.

7. Assist in training and onboarding new customers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use our Tally software.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Understand the business requirements of various departments of the client.
2. Map business requirements with software functionalities and communicate effectively with clients.
3. Coordinate with the client for Data Collection
4. Perform Configurations for successful implementation of ERPNext.
5. Coordinate with the Tech team for the required Customization.

Desired Skills:
