We are looking for a smart, tech savvy individual to join our sales team and take charge of the end to end sales & business development process. A thinker, strategist with a business acumen who can accomplish monthly financial goals. Must be a team player, multitasker, lover of Art, Design, Music (or any art form) and willing to work in a creative design studio.

Primary Responsibilities
- Do market research, competitive analysis, Prospecting & client profiling.
- Data Mining: Finding & generating leads and convert them into the sale
- Manage end to end sales process, arrange and attend meetings and explore potential business opportunities.
- Strategically communicate, circulate marketing & branding content
- Client relationship management & address their requirements on time to time basis
- Active involvement in project scoping, SLA compliance & timely invoice collection
- Handle company promotions & social media communications, PR & Press relationship
- Travel, attend networking events & client meetings.
- Training & nurturing peers
Skills Requirements
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills - English
- Extremely good at Client Presentation, Pitching & Negotiations
- Revenue Focused, Ability to meet financial goals
- Writing content on social media, blog, press etc.
- Time & Priority Management
- Knowledge of SEO, SMO, SEM is plus
- Familiar with IT terminology specifically in UI Design & Development Area.

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
