Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in business development and sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, assisting in product demonstrations, and supporting the complete sales process while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or academic project experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Basic understanding of IT Services, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or Digital Marketing.
- Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Round 2 – Face-to-Face Interview (Jaipur Office)
Assessment of communication skills, sales aptitude, personality, and role fit. Candidates residing outside Jaipur may attend virtually.
Round 3 – Final Online Interview
Discussion with senior management to evaluate business understanding, cultural fit, and final selection.
