Job Responsibilities
This position will be responsible to consult with clients and propose architectural solutions to help move & improve cloud infrastructure or help optimize cloud spend.

1. 7+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud and IT operational experience in a global enterprise environment.
2. Hands-on expertise with AWS Services like EC2, Containerization (ECS, EKS), VPC and Terraform.
3. Proven experience in designing and executing AWS cloud projects.
4. Strong understanding of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC).
5. Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
6. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, BitBucket, GitLab CI/CD,).
7. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, and Firewalls.
8. Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills.

About the Role: The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing
the comprehensive architecture of an organizations IT systems and solutions. This
role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen to align
technology initiatives with business objectives, optimize processes, and foster
innovation. Collaborating with stakeholders across departments, the Enterprise
Architect develops and maintains an integrated, scalable, and efficient technology
landscape.
What You;ll Be Doing:
1. Architectural Excellence: Apply architectural best practices across technologies to
solve organizational challenges. Develop roadmaps and future visions for IT
systems, considering interactions between infrastructure, operations, and development. Ensure compliance with regulations and operational excellence, while
staying updated on IT industry trends (e.g., CI/CD, AI, and migration).
2. Enterprise Architecture Development: Design and implement solutions across
diverse industries and business domains. Build strong relationships with decision-
makers to advocate for cloud adoption and modernization. Define and implement
repeatable mechanisms, architectures, and playbooks to streamline modernizations
and migrations to AWS or other platforms.
3. Cloud Modernization & Migration: Lead modernization and migration programs,
including on-prem to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, and hybrid cloud solutions. Design
comprehensive cloud architectures across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings. Oversee
assessment efforts using workshops, questionnaires, and immersion days to
understand technology landscapes.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and technology leaders to
ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and migration requirements. Work with
other technical architects to ensure consistent enterprise architecture processes and
practices.
5. Risk and Quality Management: Analyze existing business applications and ensure
alignment with global technology standards. Conduct risk assessments and develop
mitigation strategies for technology solutions.
6. Continuous Improvement: Mentor and guide internal teams, fostering a culture of
innovation and excellence. Identify opportunities for optimization and process
improvements within enterprise architecture.
Who You Are: Proficient in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
Familiar with data privacy and compliance requirements across industries and
geographies. Proven experience in designing scalable, reliable IT systems with a
focus on cloud technologies, microservices, and DevOps practices. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at
all levels. Experience with consulting or professional services firms is a plus.
Certifications like TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable

2. **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring engineers in best practices related to C#, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
3. **Software Development:** Participate in hands-on software development when necessary, contributing to critical components and modules of the application.
4. **Code Review:** Review code to ensure compliance with coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. Identify and address architectural and performance issues.
5. **System Integration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
6. **Documentation:** Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and code documentation.
7. **Technology Evaluation:** Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluate their potential applicability to our projects, and make recommendations for their adoption.
8. **Quality Assurance:** Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test strategies and ensure the overall quality and reliability of the software.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
