Position: UI/UX Designer (Fresher)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct basic user research and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, visual assets, and brand consistency.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorms, and feedback sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Canva.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, UX workflows, and accessibility.
- Creative eye for color, typography, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
- Experience with prototyping, motion design, or illustration.
- Previous internship, design challenge, or portfolio project showcasing your skills.
