About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Game Developer with hands-on experience in game development and a strong interest in building interactive 2D/3D exergames. The candidate should be comfortable working across game logic, gameplay systems, UI, assets, scenes, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C++, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Godot, Unity and development of 2D and 3D games.
- Ability to develop game features end-to-end, including game logic, gameplay mechanics, UI, characters, assets, and scene building.
- Basic understanding of real-time rendering, GPU/CPU performance, memory management, profiling, and optimization.
- Experience with Blender and game asset creation/integration.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted asset generation and AI/LLM tools for coding, debugging, development, and optimization.
- Good understanding of OS concepts, processes, threads, memory management, and computer architecture.
- Experience with Git/version control and familiarity with CI/CD is an advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience with Three.js or Phaser.
- Exposure to MediaPipe, TensorFlow Lite, or ONNX Runtime.
- Understanding of hardware-accelerated AI/ML inference.
- Experience developing for low-compute/resource-constrained devices.
- Interest or experience in exergames, fitness technology, AR/VR, or interactive applications.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Healthcare Sales & Business Development professional who can build relationships and generate business across the healthcare ecosystem.
This is a pure sales and partnership role. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare sales, lead generation, doctor/hospital partnerships, clinic or rehabilitation centre outreach, and corporate healthcare sales.
You will be responsible for taking MiMo360 to the market, developing partnerships and converting opportunities into active business.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate qualified leads through field sales, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
· Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centres, rehabilitation centres and healthcare professionals.
· Identify and develop partnerships with NGOs, healthcare communities and other relevant organizations.
· Promote and sell healthcare products, services or technology solutions to corporate organizations.
· Conduct meetings, product presentations and demonstrations with potential partners and clients.
· Drive the complete sales cycle — lead generation → meeting → pitch/demo → negotiation → conversion → relationship management.
· Develop new healthcare and corporate accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
· Represent MiMo360 at healthcare events, corporate meetings, networking forums and community initiatives.
· Work closely with the founding and operations teams to convert partnerships into active programs.
· Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales updates.
What We Are Looking For
· 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales / business development / partnerships.
· Proven experience in generating leads and converting them into business.
· Existing relationships or experience working with doctors, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres or healthcare organizations will be highly preferred.
· Experience in selling healthcare products, services, wellness solutions or technology solutions to corporates.
· Strong field-sales and networking skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Comfortable meeting clients and travelling within Bengaluru and occasionally outside the city.
· Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a startup environment.
