Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
- Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding activities
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and electronic
- Process employee changes, such as address updates and job title changes
- Assist with the administration of leave requests and time-off tracking
General HR Administration:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and managing correspondence
