Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer (SDE-1) who will play a key role in building intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces for our AI-powered hiring platform.
Required Skills:
● Strong hands-on experience in React or Angular
● Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern frontend frameworks
● Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
● Experience collaborating with backend engineers and designers
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product-focused mindset
Good to have skills:
- Self-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own initiative in understanding and following up issues.
- Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through to resolution.
- Keen to learn business processes and technical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary.
- Hands on experience using tools like Trello, Gitlab, Zoom.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI approaches.
- Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services for AI and data workflows.
- Build and optimize NLP pipelines for information extraction, summarization, semantic search, and conversational systems.
- Develop, evaluate, and deploy AI models into production environments using modern MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify, scope, and deliver AI-driven features and solutions.
- Hands-On Development
- Write efficient, production-ready code in Python for AI model integration, APIs, and backend workflows.
- Use SQL for data exploration, querying, and validation.
- Implement RAG pipelines integrating LLMs with Vector Databases and retrieval systems.
- Design and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications.
- Innovation & Research
- Explore and apply cutting-edge techniques in Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG to solve business challenges.
- Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI, foundation models, and AI tooling.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Requirements:
Must Have Skills:
- Experience with AI engineering and Agentic frameworks
- Hands on experience with tools like RAG, LLMs, Langchain, OpenCV etc
- Hands on experience with Chatbot development or involvement in other AI- related projects
