Our Culture

Our Co-Founder and CTO is a Serial Gen AI Inventor who grew up in Pune, India, is a BITS Pilani graduate, and worked at NVIDIA's Pune office for 6 years. There, he was promoted 5 times in 6 years and was transferred to the NVIDIA Headquarters in Santa Clara, California. After making significant contributions to NVIDIA, he proceeded to attend Harvard for his dual Masters in Engineering and MBA from HBS. Our other Co-Founder/CEO is a successful Serial Entrepreneur who has built multiple companies. As a team, we work very hard, have a curious mind-set, and believe in a low-ego high output approach.

Funding Journey

In September 2024, Blitzy secured $4.4M in seed funding from prominent investors including Link Ventures, Asymmetric Capital Partners, Flybridge, and four other strategic investors, demonstrating strong market confidence in their autonomous software development platform.

Founded in 2015, Phi Commerce has created PayPhi, a ground-breaking omni-channel payment processing platform which processes digital payments at doorstep, online & in-store across variety of form factors such as cards, net-banking, UPI, Aadhaar, BharatQR, wallets, NEFT, RTGS, and NACH. The company was established with the objective to digitize white spaces in payments & go beyond routine payment processing.

Phi Commerce’s PayPhi Digital Enablement suite has been developed with the mission of empowering very large untapped blue-ocean sectors dominated by offline payment modes such as cash & cheque to accept digital payments.

Custom built enablers around PayPhi, help businesses create, present and process digital payments. Our solutions take into consideration legacy systems and complex workflows of businesses, use case, stakeholders in payment ecosystem such as merchants, consumers, banks, networks and ancillary players etc. This uniquely positions us to eliminate friction in first & last mile of payments and create a sustainable digital payment ecosystem.

Mira is building infrastructure for trustless verification of intelligence. Mira’s verification system significantly enhances AI accuracy by mitigating hallucinations and bias, thereby enabling truly reliable and autonomous AI systems.

Shopflo is an enterprise technology company providing a specialized checkout infrastructure platform designed to boost conversion rates for direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands. Founded in 2021, it focuses on enhancing the online buying experience through fast, customizable, and secure checkout pages that reduce cart abandonment. 

We aim to supercharge conversions for e-commerce websites at checkout by improving user experience, helping build stronger intent and trust during the purchase

Problem statement -

(1) There is ~70% drop off at checkout for most independent e-commerce retailer (outside of large marketplaces)

(2) E-commerce cart platforms allow minimal flexibility on checkout, with their experience still same as the last decade

(3) Whereas user experiences are defined by new consumer platforms such as Swiggy, Amazon, etc.

There is a fundamental unbundling of monolith shopping cart platforms globally for mid-market and enterprise customers, who are moving towards headless (read modular) architecture.

Shopflo aims to be the global default for checkout experiences.
