You will work closely with design, avionics, manufacturing, and flight-test teams to ensure robust,
lightweight, and reliable UAV systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform structural, modal, vibration, thermal, and CFD simulations for UAV systems and
components.
• Develop, validate, and maintain CAE models for airframes, payloads, and mechanical
subsystems.
• Correlate simulation results with physical testing and experimental data.
• Support design optimization for weight reduction, performance improvement, and reliability
enhancement.
• Generate technical reports, analysis documentation, and certification support documents.
• Participate in design reviews and provide engineering recommendations based on simulation
results.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CAE, simulation, or engineering analysis.
• Strong proficiency in FEA, CFD, and engineering simulation tools such as ANSYS,
HyperWorks, Abaqus, Nastran, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of structural mechanics, vibration, thermal analysis, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience working with composite and metallic structures.
• Ability to interpret test data and validate simulation models.
