Key Responsibilities

• Perform finishing, polishing, and installation of wooden furniture and fittings

• Work on doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, and decorative woodwork

• Read and interpret technical drawings and site measurements

• Use hand tools and machinery to achieve smooth finishes and precise joints

• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after finishing

• Coordinate with site supervisors and project engineers to ensure timely delivery

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional manner

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages

• Maintain visitor records and coordinate with departments for appointments

• Manage front office operations — filing, courier handling, and correspondence

• Support the HR and Admin team with documentation and scheduling

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Assist in basic clerical and administrative tasks as required

Work From Home

Experience: Minimum 2 years as TL in Tele Sales (Banking/DSA)

Salary: ₹30,000/month to 35,000/- (No incentives)

Job Type: Full-time (From 11.30 Am to 8.30 Pm) with 1 hour lunch break 

Bank Process: Reputed Bank – Bank Account Openings (Only Current Accounts)

Responsibilities:

Lead and monitor the remote tele sales team (Maximum 25 Nos) for banking products.

Achieve daily/monthly targets and ensure quality calls of the team.

Train, motivate, and guide team members.

Maintain sales reports and handle escalations.

Requirements:

Proven TL experience in Banking DSA.

Strong communication & leadership skills.

Good English and Hindi is a must. 

Laptop, headset, and stable internet connection required.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Telesales for a Reputed Bank (Backend Team) : the work is to open a current account for the client companies (New and old companies). 

all training and study materials will be provided.

Calling Software will be provided.

Requirements:

Laptop or desktop with good speed Wi-Fi is mandatory. 

Degree Mandatory

Good communication is required. 

Language : English, Hindi (Both Must)

  Monthly Salary will be INR 25,000 (Minimum you need to close 4 orders per month), and if it goes above 4, your salary will be increased. 

Incentives for per client: Rs: 3500 (When u reach more than 4 clients)
