We are looking for an exceptional, visionary Design Head to take complete ownership of our product aesthetic and design concepting.

This is a high-impact Individual Contributor role. We aren't looking for a traditional manager who delegates from a distance; we are seeking a hands-on master of the craft—a design leader who lives and breathes trend innovation, lace, silk, precision fit, and intricate garment construction. You will be the creative soul behind Saint Roman, taking ideas from pure imagination to market-ready luxury collections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Vision &Concepting

• Lead end-to-end design concepting, mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal themes that align with Saint Roman’s premium brand identity.
• Research and forecast global trends in high-end lingerie, sleepwear, and loungewear, translating them into fresh, market-leading designs.

2. Hands-On Design & Product Development

• Translate concept ideas into detailed tech packs, flat sketches, and detailed specifications for production.
• Conceptualize unique silhouettes, intricate lace placements, embroidery, and signature hardware.

3. Fabric & Material Mastery

• Utilize deep expertise in luxury textiles (silks, delicate laces, premium meshes, modal, satin, sustainable fabrics) to source and select the best materials.
• Work closely with fabric mills and suppliers to develop exclusive materials, trims, and finishes.

4. Fit, Construction & Quality

• Spearhead fit sessions to ensure impecable fit, comfort, and structural integrity across diverse body types.
• Bring deep technical knowledge of corset construction, underwires, pattern making, and delicate stitching techniques.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of specialized experience in lingerie, intimate apparel, or luxury nightwear design.
• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of lingerie garment construction, pattern making, grading, and technical fit standards.
• Fabric Expertise: A profound understanding of delicate fabrics, stretch dynamics, lace engineering, and luxury trims.
• Hands-On Craftsmanship: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and hand-sketching.
• Autonomous Ownership: Proven ability to drive the creative process independently from initial spark to final prototype.
• Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepting, technical tech packs, and finished luxury intimate apparel designs.

Junior Data Scientist (2–3 Years Experience)

• Strong understanding of Probability & Statistics
• Strong educational background in Statistics or Mathematics (degree/course specialization). 
• Knowledge of core Machine Learning algorithms
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Understanding of Transformer-based models
• 2–3 years of hands-on Data Science experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Senior Data Scientist (ML) – 5+ Years

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science/ML
• Strong knowledge of Probability & Statistics
• Strong educational background in Statistics or Mathematics (degree/course specialization). 
• Good understanding of core Machine Learning algorithms
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Experience with Databricks, Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Understanding of Transformer-based models and architectures
• Ability to build, deploy, and optimize ML solutions at scale
