Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to customers. The role includes explaining products or services, generating leads, resolving customer queries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain products/services clearly and persuade customers
• Generate sales leads or close sales (depending on role)
• Maintain records of calls and customer details
• Follow up with customers for feedback or future sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary

🎯 Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in required languages (e.g., English, Hindi, etc.)
• Persuasive and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.)
• Patience and active listening skills
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Graduate in any field
• Prior experience in sales/customer service is an advantage
