What would you be doing? ● Drive strategic design decisions across multiple product streams ● Lead, mentor and inspire a multi-disciplinary product design team. ● Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define product vision, roadmap, and execution ● Collaborate with visual designers and motion designer to create aesthetically beautiful and delightful interface ● Translate insights, research, and business needs into intuitive product experiences ● Set and maintain a high bar for design craft, usability, and accessibility ● Build predictable processes for reviews, feedback, collaboration, and delivery ● Oversee end-to-end design—from discovery to launch and iteration ● Partner closely with UX Research, Content Design, and Design System teams ● Ensure alignment with brand and platform guidelines across experiences ● Advocate for users in key decision-making spaces and represent design leadership ● Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance development of designers ● Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define product vision, roadmap, and execution ● Collaborate with visual designers and motion designer to create aesthetically beautiful and delightful interface ● Translate insights, research, and business needs into intuitive product experiences ● Set and maintain a high bar for design craft, usability, and accessibility ● wBuild predictable processes for reviews, feedback, collaboration, and delivery ● Oversee end-to-end design—from discovery to launch and iteration ● Partner closely with UX Research, Content Design, and Design System teams ● Ensure alignment with brand and platform guidelines across experiences ● Advocate for users in key decision-making spaces and represent design leadership ● Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance development of designers Who are we looking for? ● 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with at least 2+ years in a leadership role Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products across platforms (web, Android/iOS) ● Experience managing and growing design teams ● Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills ● Ability to simplify complex data and workflows into elegant experiences ● Expertise working with design systems and scalable patterns ● Solid understanding of research methods and analytics-based decision making ● Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment What would be a value add? ● Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / B2C ● Familiarity with motion, illustration, and tools like rive/lottie etc ● Designed with AI workflow is plus.
