About us
Clicks and Co Media is a Pune-based creative and digital marketing studio, founded in 2019. Our in-house team of designers, writers, shooters and marketers builds brands for clients across education, food, real estate, manufacturing and retail.
The role
A 6-month full-time internship where you'll manage real client accounts and live campaigns from day one, and build a portfolio of work that actually goes live.
What you'll do
• Manage and schedule social media posts for live client accounts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
• Write captions, hashtags and content briefs for posts and Reels
• Coordinate with our in-house design and video team for creatives
• Research social media trends, competitors and campaign ideas
• Support Meta and Google Ads campaigns and Google Business Profile updates
• Track post performance and help prepare monthly client reports
• Join brainstorms, client meetings and shoots when needed
• Make sure posts go live on time across all platforms
Who we're looking for
• Freshers are welcome
• You love social media and digital marketing
• Good written and spoken English (Hindi or Marathi is a plus)
• Creative, proactive and organised, and you meet deadlines
• Eager to learn and grow in marketing
Details
• Work from our office in Kharadi, Pune. Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm
• Stipend: Rs 12,000 to 18,000 per month
• Duration: 6 months to start with
• Openings: 2
• Interns who do well can continue with us and will be offered a full-time role (pre-placement offer) at Rs 20,000 to 25,000 per month

The role
We're looking for a Junior Digital Illustrator to create artwork in Procreate or Photoshop. You'll illustrate objects, plants, characters, small scenes and patterns in a painterly, textured style, working closely with our team from first sketch to final file.
What you'll do
• Create digital illustrations in Procreate or Photoshop, following the style guide and references
• Illustrate objects, plants, characters, small scenes and patterns
• Work in organised, named layers so artwork can be edited and animated later
• Keep every piece consistent in style, colour and detail
• Prepare final files to the required sizes and formats
• Take feedback and improve pieces through revisions
What we're looking for
• A portfolio of painterly or textured digital illustration
• Confident in Procreate (own iPad) or Photoshop: layers, masks, clipping and transparent exports
• Able to work in an existing style, not only your own
• A sharp eye for detail and consistency
• Reliable with deadlines and clear in communication
• Minimum 1 year of experience
Good to have
• Experience with both Procreate and Photoshop
• Experience with patterns, botanical art, or cozy and storybook styles
• An understanding of how artwork is prepared for animation

• Hybrid, from our office in Kharadi, Pune. Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm
• Salary: Rs 20,000 to 25,000 per month

• Selection includes a short test, followed by a two week trial
• All artwork created in this role belongs to Clicks and Co Media. You may show it in your portfolio once it has been published
