We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Design Coordinator with 8–12 years of experience in the real estate development industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design activities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. The role requires close coordination with consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end design activities for real estate development projects.
- Liaise with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape designers, and external agencies for timely submissions and approvals.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design documents for coordination and execution feasibility.
- Ensure design deliverables are aligned with project timelines, statutory requirements, quality standards, and budgets.
- Coordinate with execution, procurement, sales, marketing, and liaison teams for design-related requirements.
- Track design changes, revisions, approvals, and maintain proper documentation control.
- Conduct design review meetings and prepare MOMs, trackers, and status reports.
- Support value engineering initiatives and resolve technical/design coordination issues during execution.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and developer standards.
- Coordinate site visits and provide design clarifications during construction stages.
- Monitor consultant performance and ensure timely closure of design deliverables.
- Assist leadership in project planning, design scheduling, and coordination strategies.
