Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure product quality as per drawings, specifications, and standards
- Handle production planning, scheduling, and daily shop-floor operations
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and SOPs
- Coordinate with production, design, and sales teams to meet delivery timelines
- Identify defects, implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure machine utilization, manpower efficiency, and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field
- Experience in manufacturing / prototyping / vacuum casting / 3D printing preferred
- Knowledge of quality tools, measuring instruments, and production processes
- Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills

- Sell Vacuum Casting and 3D Printing / Rapid Prototyping services
- Develop new customers and manage existing client relationships
- Understand technical requirements and coordinate with engineering teams
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth
Requirements:
- Experience in Vacuum Casting / 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Engineering or technical background preferred
- Willingness to travel
