Job Description:

We are seeking a driven Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our team at Mashrise.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting high-performing affiliates, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenue through affiliate marketing partnerships. Your focus will be on growing our affiliate network and driving successful affiliate-driven sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify, outreach, and onboard potential affiliates, focusing on expanding our network of partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Affiliate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication, support, and long-term partnership growth.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement sales strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring affiliates are equipped to promote products/services effectively.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with affiliates to secure favorable terms, manage contracts, and ensure all agreements are aligned with company goals.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Track affiliate performance, including revenue generation, sales conversion rates, and other key metrics, ensuring affiliates are meeting agreed-upon targets.
• Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to support affiliates with the necessary resources, such as promotional materials, landing pages, and tracking links, to help them drive sales effectively.
• Optimize Affiliate Program: Continuously review and refine affiliate sales strategies to maximize revenue and optimize the affiliate program's overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or sales, with a focus on managing affiliate relationships or driving sales through affiliate channels.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, including experience in affiliate program management, sales negotiation, and partnership development.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze affiliate performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and revenue generation.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and build long-lasting relationships with affiliates.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple affiliate partnerships simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong sales growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Affiliate Network Experience: Familiarity with affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., Commission Junction, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Contractual (6 months/1 year renewable based on performance)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with specialized expertise in HTML email design to join our creative team in Mumbai on a contractual basis. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal design and functionality across various email clients and devices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Email Design: Design and code visually appealing and responsive HTML emails for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• HTML & CSS: Possess strong coding skills in HTML and CSS to create emails that render correctly across different email clients and devices.
• Testing & Optimization: Thoroughly test email designs across various email clients and devices to ensure optimal display and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and email marketing best practices.
• Visual Design: Apply design principles to create visually engaging email layouts, graphics, and calls to action.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency in email designs, adhering to brand guidelines and style guides.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and HTML email coding.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design, with specialized expertise in HTML email design and coding.
• Software Skills: Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, HTML, and CSS.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of email design projects, demonstrating your skills in both visual design and HTML coding.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email rendering issues across different email clients.
• Self-Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Resourcefulness: Must have their own laptop/computer and necessary software.
