Responsibilities Assist our growth across channels including Greyloft's blog, third party blogs, newspapers & magazines Plan & write authoritative content on the real estate rental & sales market Analyze data & write interesting content pieces (insights & info graphics) to increase consumer engagement Help us build & maintain a consistent brand image & voice. We- re looking for people who can take the initiative & think on their feet. If you- re looking to grow & be challenged with tough problems, then our firm is the right place for you. Requirements Must have: BA/BS/BSc in Communications, Public Relations or any relevant discipline with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent communicator (written & verbal) Prior experience in writing content pertaining to real estate or finance. Ideal candidate must have relationships with bloggers, journalists, content writers & other relevant people (influencers) in the industry. Nice to have: Prior experience working in a startup. Knowledge of the Singapore real estate market. Basic PowerPoint/Presentation/Keynote Skills.
