Responsibilities and Duties

●       Performing requirement analysis.

●       Developing high-quality and detailed designs.

●       To assist the team in making effective enhancements to the product.

●       As scrum master, lead the team and facilitate the scrum ceremonies.

●       Aids the team to understand the need for concise and clear Product Backlog items.

●       You will actively contribute to all-round day to day development, participating in all facets of design, development, and planning

●       Participate with the refinement and development of coding standards

●       Familiarity with tools and languages such as: Java, JQuery, NoSQL, Git, Eclipse

●       Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.

Qualifications and Skills

●       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferable

●       Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

●       Proven experience working in any program development environment.

●       Knowledge on Databases

●       Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms preferred.

●       eCommerce experience is a plus.

●       End to end application Development Experience

●       Having scrum master experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with data scientists and data analysts to build models and continuous data monitoring workflows.
• Implement algorithms / models within companies recommendation engine framework.
• Own the MLOps life-cycle; build and own ML model life-cycle management process encompassing coding to building robust model monitoring workflows.
• Consult with product and business teams to build prototypes and then deploy holistic machine learning solutions.
• Recommend and implement architecture to deploy machine learning pipelines and CI/CD processes at scale

Skills Needed

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Machine Learning Engineer
• Knowledge of machine learning and statistics
• Strong experience working in the areas of time series analysis, reinforcement learning, NLP, optimization and heuristics based implementation to solve real-world problems
• Experienced in architecting solutions with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in mind
• Strong knowledge of coding in Python and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience handling Big Data leveraging technologies like Snowflake, Spark. Ability to work in a big data ecosystem - expert in SQL and ability to work in distributed databases.
• Able to refactor data science code and has collaborated with data scientists in developing ML solutions.
• Experience playing the role of full-stack data scientist and taking solutions to production.
• Educational qualifications should be preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related area.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work on implementation of real-time and batch data pipelines for disparate data sources.

• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS technologies.
• Build and maintain an analytics layer that utilizes the underlying data to generate dashboards and provide actionable insights.
• Identify improvement areas in the current data system and implement optimizations.
• Work on specific areas of data governance including metadata management and data quality management.
• Participate in discussions with Product Management and Business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams as needed to develop, test, and release features.
• Develop Proof-of-Concepts to validate new technology solutions or advancements.
• Work in an Agile Scrum team and help with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production.
• Work on building intelligent systems using various AI/ML algorithms. 

Desired Experience/Skill:

• Must have worked on Analytics Applications involving Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and Reporting Implementations.
• Experience with private and public cloud architectures with pros/cons.
• Ability to write robust code in Python and SQL for data processing. Experience in libraries such as Pandas is a must; knowledge of one of the frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus.
• Experience in implementing data processing pipelines using AWS services: Kinesis, Lambda, Redshift/Snowflake, RDS.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis is preferred
• Experience on design and implementation of real-time and batch pipelines. Knowledge of Airflow is preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)

Responsibilities:

• You will be implementing business logic and features, building backend APIs, scale out existing infrastructure on Magento 2.x. You may also be called in to implement ML / AI apps including Content Personalization, Chatbots, Recommendation Engines
• Performance optimization and tuning.
• You will be leading a team of developers.
• Inspiring, Training, mentoring, and building tech teams.

Skills:

• Object-Oriented PHP 7.x
• Module development experience with Magento 2.x
• Magento 2 developer certification preferred.
• Performance optimization experience.
• Strong algorithmic, data structures, computational complexity, computer security skills
• Strong database skills on MySQL
• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience with back-end engineering and 2+ years on Magento 2.x
• Linux, Python skills. Knowledge of AWS or other Cloud Platform desirable.
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent) BE/B-Tech/BS in computer science or a related technical field from top-tier colleges or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum product dev experience of 4+years in web/mobile startups with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web or mobile applications.
