About The Role
G2 is looking for a data-driven Off-Page SEO Outreach Specialist who thrives at the intersection of content distribution, authority building, and growth marketing. You’ll play a key role in scaling our organic visibility through strategic backlink acquisition, AI visibility optimisation, and digital PR initiatives. All tailored for a B2B SaaS audience.
You’ll collaborate closely with our content, partnerships, and growth teams to amplify reach, strengthen domain authority, and expand brand presence across high-authority web and AI surfaces.
In This Role, You Will:
Responsibility Area: Organic Backlink Strategy & Execution
- Develop and run scalable backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority and content visibility.
- Identify and pursue high-quality link-building opportunities through cold outreach, guest posts, HARO, and industry collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure Backlink quality and relevance.
- Collaborate with content strategists to align SEO efforts with AI-driven content distribution trends.
Responsibility Area: Content Distribution & Digital PR
- Lead digital PR campaigns to earn mentions, features, and citations from top-tier industry publications and SaaS media.
- Build relationships with journalists and influencers to position the brand as a thought leader in its category.
- Develop new content distribution strategies that attract natural backlinks and brand mentions.
Responsibility Area: User Generated Content (UGC) & Community Growth
- Drive authentic engagement and brand storytelling on Reddit, Quora, and other UGC/community platforms.
- Identify trending discussions and contribute meaningfully to build brand presence and trust.
- Collaborate with content and social teams to activate community-led growth loops that feed into SEO and brand visibility.
- Track sentiment, discussions, and share of voice across community platforms to inform content and partnership opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years of Off-page SEO experience
- Experience with cold outreach campaigns
- Experience with Off-page SEO in the SaaS industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency
- Tool skills: Ahrefs, Semrush, Hunter.io, Pitchbox, G-Suite.
- Network of relationships within the SaaS space
