Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other prospecting tools to generate high-quality leads

2. Participate in email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, managing content customization and responses

3. Conduct prospecting through platforms like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and social blogs to build a client list and stay informed about market trends

4. Create a repository of companies and case studies from targeted industries for outreach content

5. Maintain accurate records of lead activities and communications using tools and Google Sheets

6. Identify target industries and geographical areas aligning with our strategic objectives and past successes

7. Schedule and follow up on meetings with potential clients, actively supporting the sales team in the deal-closing process

8. Discover and comprehend organizational requirements, skills, and case studies, emphasizing innovative and problem-solving capabilities

9. Precisely define target markets based on analysis and insights from client and market studies

10. Engage in data hygiene practices for accurate and actionable prospect data, including duplication checks and data cleansing

11. Contribute to the email campaign management framework by assisting in template creation, GMass A/B testing, and ensuring compliance with unsubscribe processes

12. Develop ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and insightful buyer personas aligning with organizational objectives

Qualifications :

1. Management degree or B. Tech required

2. Preferable proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Strong email etiquette and communication skills (Verbal and Written)

5. Tech-savvy with awareness of the latest trends like AI/ML

Position Title: Technical Lead

• As a Technical Lead, you will be part of our elite team of engineers and will be responsible for designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle while writing well designed, testable,

efficient code and ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. • Prepare and produce releases of software components.

• Support continuous improvement by investigating, alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review experience in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Restful Web Services and design patterns.
