Responsibilities:

End-to-End Design Execution:

• Lead the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing brand representation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful design solutions.

Brand Development:

• Contribute to the development and ensure consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
• Craft visual elements that communicate Evivve's commitment to a healthy lifestyle that benefits you and the planet.

Design Systems and Guidelines:

• Establishing and maintaining design systems, including components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Ensuring consistency and scalability in design across Evivve's suite of tools and platforms.

Creative Strategy:

• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with Evivve's brand vision and business goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovations to keep Evivve at the forefront of the health space market.

Multi-Platform Design:

• Create visually compelling designs for various platforms, including but not limited to digital media, marketing collateral, and physical spaces.
• Ensure a seamless and integrated brand experience across online and offline channels.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to brand representation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in design leadership or similar roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and brand development.
• 5+ years of proven proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into impactful visual solutions.
• Familiarity with industry trends and design innovations.
• Multi-platform design experience, both digital and physical.
• Understanding of brand consistency and relevance.
