We are looking for individuals with a flair for sales and marketing for the position of Client Relations Executive at our branch office in Faridabad. The goal of the role is to grow the sales numbers by fulfilling clints needs.
Key Skills:
- Passionate about solving problems and committed to meet the sales target (KPI).
- Excellent customer service skills and willingness to help clients.
- Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
- Clarity towards understanding the client’s needs and providing prompt and creative solutions.
- Good communication skills. Must be good in English.
- Power of persuasion and gift of gab
KRA:
- Exhibiting expertise in digital marketing solutions
- Interaction with clints
- Lead generation through different social media & company data base.
- Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology.
- Creating innovative online marketing sales plane
- Strategic planning into increasing the revenue
Company’s requirements from the Candidate:
- Good communication skills.
- Must be good in negotiation skills.
- Providing prompt & satisfactory services to clients.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
