We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales who will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals in the field of AI software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for AI-based software solutions
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify pain points and match AI use cases with client requirements
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution capabilities and translate them into client-friendly proposals
- Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and business presentations
- Manage and update leads/opportunities in the CRM system
- Maintain regular follow-ups and relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Track sales KPIs and contribute insights to improve sales strategy and pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries, segments, and decision-makers
- Stay updated with trends in AI, SaaS, and enterprise tech
Qualifications and Other Details
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales / B2B Software Sales / SaaS / Tech Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or interest in learning AI solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Marketing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working on-site at Bhayander, Mumbai
- We prefer Mumbai-based candidates for this role
Technical Support Executive
Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide on-site and remote support to clients. The role involves handling hardware, networking, and server-related issues, along with assisting clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support through calls, email, and chat
- Visit client locations in Mumbai and outstation when required for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, networking devices, servers, and GPU systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain proper documentation of client queries and resolutions
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technical solutions
- Ensure timely responses and maintain professional communication with clients at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, and GPU systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Willingness to travel for client support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Other details
Office: Bhayander, Mumbai
Client Visits: Mumbai and outstation as required
Experience: 6 month – 1year experience
CTC : 10000 to 20000 per month depend on the interview
Fresher: for a fresher, we offer a 6-month internship, and after that, based on performance, full time opportunity
Stipend - 5000 per month
