Hardware Support Software Executive

Job Description : 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardware Support Software Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and software, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships. The role involves providing hardware support, troubleshooting, and effective client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Support:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, systems, and networks.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and provide solutions.

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide remote and on-site support to resolve client issues promptly.
• Provide support for software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software conflicts and performance issues.
• Work closely with the software development team to escalate any software bugs or issues.
• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
• Document and report on client issues, resolutions, and future action plans.
• Prepare and present reports on support activities to the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and assembly.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client queries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer support or IT helpdesk roles.
• Knowledge of networking principles and peripheral devices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location:

The candidate must be willing to work from our Bhayander office.

Java Fullstack Developer

Experience and in - depth knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring and Hibernate, Angular framework, HQL.

Experience integrating with Restful web services

Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.

Write well designed testable, efficient code, and ensure that the designs comply with specifications.

A team member who can contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

Able to Plan, Estimate the effort based on requirements.

Skill for writing reusable Java libraries, Spring boot, Angular.

Design and development of Spring based services

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.

Development of spring boot applications and related concepts Knowledge

Excellent core java skills with preferably in Java 8 new features understanding

Strong in Collections, Generics, IO, Threads, and Functional Programming.

REST and SOAP API understanding, knowledge and experience.

Able to write REST API endpoint using Spring MVC Framework.

Good knowledge of Microservices is mandator

• Programming skills with multi-threaded GPU CUDA computing and API Solutions.

• Proficient with Training of Detection, Classification & Segmentation Models with TensorFlow,

Pytorch, MX Net etc

Required Skills

• Strong development skills required in Python and C++.

• Ability to architect a solution based on given requirements and convert the business requirements into a technical computer vision problem statement.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across different parts of different projects.

• Bringing in the technical expertise around the implementation of best coding standards and

practices across the team.

• Extensive experience of working on edge devices like Jetson Nano, Raspberry Pi and other GPU powered low computational devices.

• Experience with using Docker, Nvidia Docker, Nvidia NGC containers for Computer Vision Deep

Learning

• Experience with Scalable Cloud Deployment Architecture for Video Analytics(Involving Kubernetes

and or Kafka)

• Good experience with any of one cloud technologies like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

• Experience in working with Model Optimisation for Nvidia Hardware (Tensors Conversion of both TensorFlow & Pytorch models.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

• Proficient in Data Structures & Algorithms.

• Well versed in software design paradigms and good development practices.

• Experience with Scalable Cloud Deployment Architecture for Video Analytics(Involving Kubernetes
