I am building a social platform that would enable users to get validated for independent learning without depending on any formalised system to certify them. Irrespective of where and how you learned something, and how you wish to express your knowledge, users can get rated and become credible for it converting it into a marketable skill. Simply put, "Its a platform on which people who know more than you will give you credit for what you know to make you credible." I need someone with the necessary design skillset to bring my vision to fruitition. Understanding user interaction and a passion to change the status quo is something that I am looking for. The rest would broadly fall under -creativity -a strong sense of logic supplemented with high degree of comprehension -passion and self learning abilities -A past record of making things just for the fun of it -An Understanding of how user interaction affects business decisions -A strong expertise in design -An ability to meet deadlines -An ability to keep things organized -An ability to prioritize -An ability to balance taking the lead and also listening to feedback -An ability to know their weaknesses -A formal degree is a nice to have but hey if you are great, hell with your degree.
