🧩 Role Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.
You’ll run end-to-end outbound campaigns using Apollo (email) and HeyReach (LinkedIn) and generate MQLs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach
- Run outbound campaigns via Apollo + HeyReach
- Build email & LinkedIn sequences, manage cadences
- Prospect via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls
- Qualify inbound leads and maintain CRM pipeline
🔹 Qualification & Discovery
- Understand customer pain points (fraud, onboarding, document verification)
- Qualify using BANT / MEDDIC
- Clearly communicate product value
🔹 Collaboration
- Book demos for Sales team
- Share campaign insights with Marketing
- Improve messaging using campaign data
🔹 Reporting & KPIs
- Track metrics: reply rates, SQLs, demos, conversions
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Share weekly insights (objections, trends)
✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years in SDR / BDE / Inside Sales (SaaS preferred)
- Hands-on with Apollo + HeyReach (mandatory)
- Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce + LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication & ability to explain technical products

- Experience in BFSI / Fintech / KYC / AML domains
