Job Overview:
We're looking for a UX Designer who is good at creating great user interfaces to join our friendly team in Chennai. If you have more than a year of experience and are good at talking with people and taking the lead, we'd like to talk to you. As a UX Designer here, you’ll focus on making easy-to-use interfaces, figuring out what users need, writing down project requirements, and making sure our products are nice to use. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, developers, and users to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Lead and mentor other team members in best practices and design principles.

Your role as a designer is to solve UX problems with design in collaboration with a team on multiple verticals and to focus on designing the user interface based on research, user flow, and wireframing. • Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro will be a plus
• Video Editing tools knowledge
• Wordpress/CMS knowledge
· Requires 4+ years of cumulative industry experience in various UX Design disciplines with
Wireframing & UX prototypes.
· Degree in design is a nice to have (UX, Visual, Graphic and/or Interaction)
· Strong portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and core skills across a variety of categories
and formats
· Fluency with common design software for the creation of wireframes, design mocks and
prototypes including (Sketch, InVision and Zeppelin a plus)
· Agility in creating digital sketches/prototypes from lo-fi to hi-fi
· Strong communicator and excellent interpersonal skills.
· Design experience for mobile and touch devices a plus. Design experience for ecommerce
platforms is a plus.
· A positive attitude, open mind, and a desire to collaborate with and learn from multi-disciplinary

· Flexibility to work across time zones with US based teams and stakeholders
