We are looking at an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our squad.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with business teams across functions, from social media to educational videos for YouTube, for both long-form and short-form content.
• Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
•  Lastly, take complete ownership of the video projects and deliver them within strict deadlines as per the stakeholders’ requirements.

What You’ll Need:

• Have a good eye for design, capable of creating static designs and animating them from scratch.
• Should be proficient in using Figma. Should know how to create basic UI and UX designs.
• Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects.
• High competency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is mandatory.
• Mastery of typography with a keen understanding of grids and design systems.

Responsibilities

Working with the Lead Marketing Designer and Head of Marketing to support the multiple marketing functions with their design requirements, including Social Media and digital advertising teams, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR and Product for their requests (as required)

A typical day for you will include the creation of Social media posts, Presentations, Sales brochures and Collateral, Website & Blog imagery

Desired Experience & Skills

You’ve worked for 2-4 years at a mainline or digital advertising agency, or as part of the marketing/brand function of a startup
