Job Title: Business Analyst (BA)

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote | 5 Days Working

About the Role:

We are looking for freshers who have strong foundational skills and knowledge in both Business Analysis. This is a position where you will be responsible for manually handling tasks related to both business testing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Create documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Perform manual testing of software applications
• Prepare test cases, test plans, and report bugs clearly
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure product quality and requirement clarity
• Provide timely updates and reports on progress and findings

Role: QA Manager

Location : HYD, BLR, NCR

Experience: 8+ years (with 3+ years in a QA leadership role)

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of QA experience, with deep exposure to Oracle EBS (11i/R12) modules.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and test automation tools (e.g., Oracle ATS, Selenium, or UFT).
• Experience with QA processes for Oracle EBS customizations, interfaces, workflows, and concurrent programs.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, SCM, HR).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for Oracle EBS modules.

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design tasks assigned.
• Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests, and analyze the data.

Skills you bring to the table:

• Experience in designing SaaS products with large customer bases
• Deep expertise using Figma/Xd/Sketch, and familiarity with design systems
• Knowledge of Carbon - IBM's Design system or experience building a design system from scratch is a plus.
