We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 technologies to join our dynamic team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence across various platforms while also integrating Web3 concepts to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging Web3 platforms.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video, and interactive) tailored to each platform and audience while aligning with the company's brand voice and values.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a strong community of followers, customers, and advocates through active participation, timely responses, and community management initiatives.
- Web3 Integration: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Web3 technologies such as blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and decentralized applications (DApps). Integrate Web3 concepts into social media strategies to engage with the crypto community and explore innovative marketing approaches.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze key insights, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay Compliant: Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices, particularly in the context of Web3 technologies and cryptocurrencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Web3 technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and decentralized applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
