Job Title: .Net Full-Stack Developer with HRMS

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Develop and oversee high-level designs (HLD) for HRMS-related projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to design principles and patterns.
• Technology Implementation: Utilize .NET technologies for backend development, React or Angular for front-end development, SQL for database management, and Azure services for cloud solutions.
• HRMS Expertise: Apply domain knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to design and implement solutions that meet HRMS-specific needs and enhance existing systems.
• API Integration: Design and develop APIs for integrating with external systems and services. Ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange between various applications and platforms.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, driving best practices in software design, coding, and quality assurance. Facilitate technical discussions and code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including HR, project managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve software development processes and product offerings.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Significant experience as a .NET Architect/Lead, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions. Experience in the HRMS domain is required.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in .NET technologies, front-end frameworks (React or Angular), SQL databases, and Azure services. Proficiency in API development and integration.
• HRMS Knowledge: Solid understanding of HRMS concepts and systems. Experience in HRMS integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Design Expertise: Demonstrated experience in creating high-level designs (HLD) and applying design patterns to address architectural challenges.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding development teams. Ability to drive technical excellence and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Additional experience with other cloud platforms or technologies.

• Understand fundamental design principles and best practices for developing backend servers and web applications  Gather requirements, scope functionality, estimate and translate those requirements into solutions.

Must have / Good to have:

• 4+ years experience with Core Python development  Design and implementation of high-availability, and performant applications on Unix environment  
• Good with multithreading and data structures  
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance  
• Familiarity with database design, integration wiht applications and python packaging.  Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5), REST API, security considerations  
• Familiarity with functional testing and deployment automation frameworks  
• Experience in development for 3-4 production ready application using Python as programming language  
• Experience in writing unit test cases including positive and negative test cases 
•  Experience of CI/CD pipeline code deployment (Git, SVN, Jenkins or Teamcity)

• Experience with Web technologies is a plus

Relevant experience on using tools like JSP, Servlet for web applications

· Mainly 3-4 months hands on with reverse engineering and old legacy solutions to new modern applications

· Working knowledge using REST, HTTP, TCP, SCTP protocols

· Hands-on with JAVA frameworks such as – Thread Pool Executor, Object Pooling, Logging (Log4j preferred), XML/JSON handling

Education Criteria:

· Preferred BE degree in CS, E&C, E&E

· Proficient being a J2EE Developer (courses or project done) and data analytics skills
