Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff is a versatile and dynamic role, responsible for providing comprehensive support across various functions including Marketing, Human Resources, Business Operations, and Market Research. This position demands a multi-faceted individual who can seamlessly transition between different responsibilities, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, manage social media, and optimize online presence.

HumanResources: Support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Oversee HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Assist in employee engagement and development programs

Business Operations: Streamline and improve operational processes for increased efficiency and productivity. Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business improvement

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies. Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Allocate resources, set milestones, and track progress to achieve project objectives. Provide regular updates to the executive team on project status and outcomes.

Communication and Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive. Foster effective communication channels within the organization

Requirements

Must have 1.5 years of experience in front end development in an internet startup

Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience

Proficiency with javascript and html5

Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performance visual effects and keeping the frame rate above 30 fps at all times

Thorough understanding of the responsibility of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies and other web services used in the system

Creating custom general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them in to technical requirements

Roles and responsibilities

Delivering a complete front end application

Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop

Writing tested, idiomatic and documented Javascript, HTML, CSS

Co-ordinating the workflow between graphic designer, HTML coder and yourself

Cooperating with the back end developer in the process of building restful API

Communicating with external webservices

Ensure high quality graphic standards and high consistency

Stay up to date on emerging technologies

Write functional requirement documents and guides

Must have skills (Angular 6, CSS, HTML, Javascript (ES5 and ES6), rest ful API, Product company / startup experience)

Responsibilities:

●     Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.

●     Efficiently processing customer orders, managing delivery schedules, and coordinating with our logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of water cans.

●     Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, working diligently to resolve issues and provide satisfactory solutions.

●     Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Bookwater products, services, and technology, enabling you to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

●     Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and continuously improve the overall customer experience.

●     Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the enhancement of our services.

●     Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in our service delivery.

●     Actively participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated with industry best practices and enhance your job performance.

●     Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

• Proficient in  PHP / HTML / CSS / MySql / Javascript/Jquery
• Knowledge of the MVC Framework will be a plus point.
• Good to have Contributions to open-source
• Strong Knowledge of Data Structure and OOPS concept
• Knowledge of Redis will be a plus point
• Should have background knowledge of E-commerce Systems
• Should have work with API's and its services
• Must be passionate about writing clean and maintainable code.
