Role Overview:

The B2B Tech API Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with enterprise clients, and driving marketing initiatives to promote our API products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, an understanding of API technology, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the B2B API market to achieve revenue targets.

• Create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations to support sales efforts.
• Work closely with the product and technical teams to develop messaging that communicates the value and capabilities of our API solutions.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the tech or API industry.
• Strong understanding of API technology and how it applies to business solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Job Description

Serve as liaison between the CEO, executives, senior leaders for project updates, proposals, and planning. Independently lead multiple high stake projects that impact the PnL across Growth, Technology, Operations and Product Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning, and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities. 

Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects. Willingness to develop and learn subject matter expertise in healthcare, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.

Undergraduate/ Postgraduate from top tier engineering schools like IIT/ BITs/ IIM/ ISB within 1-4 years experience will be preferred 

Minimum 2 years prior experience in strategy consulting or strong experience in leading PnL at a high growth startups or equally analytical roles preferred.

• You would take ownership of the existing system and scale it more than 10X over the next 2 years.
