Roles and Responsibilities:

● Design, architect, and drive implementation of entire products and key engineering features

● Plan and track the development and release schedules, and provide visible leadership in crisis

● Establish and follow best practices, including coding standards and technical task management

● Involve in the end-to-end architecture design and implementation

● Deal with a dynamic project or feature with changing requirements

● Recruit, motivate and develop a superior team, establish a clear definition of functional excellence and create a culture based on those practices

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

● Web application development and micro-services architecture using JavaScript, Python, and JavaScript libraries and ReactJs and other web technologies - HTML, CSS, and JS

● Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis

● End to end deployment and DevOps using - Kubernetes, Docker, GCP Stack

● Knowledge of Jenkins, Prometheus, New Relic, and other tools

● Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests

● Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflict

• Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
• Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
• Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
• Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
• End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platform including conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
• Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
• Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC
• Work on arranging for debt funds for the NBFC from other Financial Institutions
• Work with Banking partners to actively participate in joint marketing and other efforts to drive customers both from open market and existing customers of the partner
• Work with the external stakeholders to develop products and new markets, identify business opportunities
• Track and improve on conversion from leads to closure
• Manage relationships and help resolution of issues in case of any with the Financial Institutions.
• Regular reporting of performance

• Develop deep relationships with Financial Institutions like Banks, NBFCs etc

• Will be responsible to design creatives for upcoming app events, collaterals, offline marketing, social media layouts
• Must be able to create a meaningful design keeping consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines.
• Would need to design creatives that denote functionality
• Be regularly updated on the latest design trends and share inputs on improving design tonality/ language for the brand
• Must assure timely delivery of all campaigns.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Coordinating with art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After effects.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After-effects, and other relevant software.

Responsibilities:          

• Designing and developing user interfaces using AngularJS/Angular best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Developing product analysis tasks.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for AngularJS/Angular projects.
• Developing application codes and unit tests in AngularJS, Angular, Micro-frontend architecture, and Rest Web Services.
• Conducting performance tests.

Qualifications   

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related background
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience with JavaScript (Particularly ES6), Typescript, CSS, HTML.
• 2+ years’ experience with Angular v9 or greater.
• Experience using JavaScript building tools like Grunt and Webpack.
• Client-side unit testing via Jest or similar testing library a plus
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs is strongly desired
• Experience working in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, FDD)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Critical thinker and good problem-solver.

6-9 years of relevant experience in building webapps at scale

You must have strong understanding of semantic HTML / HTML5, CSS / CSS3.

You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture.

Prior work experience in ReactJS is Must

You must have experience in setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment.

Never give up attitude

Experience in frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation and CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS is desirable.

You should have exposure to page speed improvement techniques.

Exposure of building responsive websites at scale will be a plus.

Prior exposure to building React Native components for Hybrid mobile apps will be a plus

Prior work experience in Angular, Backbone along with ReactJs is desirable.

Good understanding of webpack and redux
