Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI components.

• Manage state efficiently using Redux/Flux.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 3+ years of experience in ReactJS development.

✔ Strong knowledge of JavaScript, DOM, JSX.

✔ Hands-on experience with React Hooks, HOCs, and Functional Components.

✔ Expertise in ES6+ concepts (Arrow functions, Destructuring, Spread/Rest operators, Classes, Import/Export).

✔ Experience in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

✔ Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating backend services.

✔ Experience with state management (Redux/Flux).

✔ Strong debugging skills using Mocha & Jest for performance testing.

✔ Hands-on experience with Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM.

Good to Have:

➕ Experience with backend development (Java, Microservices).

Meet with stakeholders, customers, and project teams to collect requirements, scope projects, and contribute to creative 

and technical concepts 

∙Implement modifications to existing campaigns to accommodate changes in user requirements 

∙Employ best practices in developing, conducting, and interpreting A/B tests and personalization campaigns focused on user 

experience and effectiveness against project goals 

∙Identify areas for improvements and assist in managing projects to implement enhancements to completion  

∙Maintain campaign code in GitHub following established organization standards and development guidelines

Tools: 

∙Must have 5+ years minimum experience in building and maintaining web applications. 

∙Must have experience in web technologies HTML5, CSS3, JSON, JavaScript, Web services (SOAP/REST). 

∙Must have Experience in CSS and JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap, jQuery etc. 

∙Experience with SASS/LESS frameworks.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative and high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Flutter-based applications for both Android and iOS platforms. • Help define and create full stack architecture and deployment using React- Django-AWS in an agile environment with lots of ownership and active mentoring 
• Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill business needs 
• Participate in code reviews to create robust and maintainable code

• Closely collaborate with designers and the rest of the technical team (Backend, DevOps, QA) to make sure we’re all aligned.
• You will manage projects with open-source JavaScript and TypeScript libraries and frameworks (we're big on React and Angular), and explore new technologies (GraphQL, AppSync, Apollo).
