Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Leader/Team Leader with a strong background in server management, full-stack development using React, Node.js, and PHP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-quality software solutions on time. You will be responsible for overseeing the development team, guiding the technical direction, and ensuring optimal performance of servers and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers in full-stack development projects.

Oversee server management including setup, optimisation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Ensure the timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high coding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, DevOps, and QA engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in Reactjs, Node.js, PHP and Python.

Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Ensure proper documentation and version control practices.

Review code for quality, scalability, and security.

Identify and mitigate risks in projects and propose solutions to technical challenges.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in server management and software development.

Technical Expertise:

Solid experience in React.js and Node.js for full-stack web development.

Proficiency in PHP and working with popular PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Codeigniter, Core).

Strong understanding of server management (Linux)

, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving skills and debugging expertise.

Leadership and Communication:

Proven experience leading software development teams.

Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.

As a Head of Product, you will be responsible for strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio.
