Tele Sales Executive

We are looking UI- Angular candidate with Java Coding experience

1. Look for Angular 8 and above heavy profiles [Angular – 75%; Java – 25%]
2. The resource should be an expert in Angular.
3. CSS knowledge is must.
4. MFT is must.
5. Should have experience in Java based angular work.
6. 25% java questions will be based on Core Java and Java Spring.   

Location: Chennai/Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and handle callback requests
• Conduct WhatsApp and Email conversations with leads professionally
• Clearly explain Bhanzu’s courses and USPs to parents/students
• Convince potential customers to book and attend trial classes
• Accurately update and manage lead data in the CRM
• Collaborate with team members to optimize the lead conversion journey

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Ability to engage and build rapport quickly with customers
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
• Willing to work 6 days a week (flexible schedule)

Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in testing distributed backend software architectures/systems.

• 4+ years of work experience in test planning and automation of enterprise software

• Expertise in programming using Java or Python and other scripting languages.

• Experience with one or more public clouds is expected.

• Comfortable with build processes, CI processes, and managing QA Environments as well as working with build management tools like Git, and Jenkins

. • Experience with performance and scalability testing tools.

• Good working knowledge of relational databases, logging, and monitoring frameworks is expected.

Familiarity with system flow like how they interact with an application Eg. Elasticsearch, Mongo, Kafka, Hive, Redis, AWS

1. Excellent design coordination with Project Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Environmental, Façade, etc. for planning and designing of high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality & Institutional projects.

2. Coordinating with legal, liaisoning, marketing, and sales departments to provide all necessary information like legal plans, sales plans, allotments, area statements, etc.

3. Coordinate with various agencies to get NOCs for sanctioning work.

4. Producing detailed drawings for the Execution team on time, monitoring & coordinate with the project team for smooth execution of work. Site checking & site coordination for projects.

5. Documentation, Fair Knowledge of NBC, Local Government Body Building rules, Fire Norms, Environment Norms, Rera and its documentation, Master plans, Land use & zoning.

6. Review construction documents to foresee prospective site issues and resolve them on the drawing board with all the consultants involved.

7. Coordination with the site team, vendors/contractors, and all stakeholders involved in the delivery of projects.

8. Managing and maintaining drawing deliverable records, and Safeguarding the project drawings & documents.

9. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections & compile project specifications and Keep within budgets and timelines.

10. Following the latest materials, architectural trends, and advancements, an understanding of all aspects of the design.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record in delivering Data Governance Solutions to a large enterprise
• Knowledge experience in data governance frameworks, formulating data governance policy, standards and processes
• Experience in program management and managing cross functional stakeholders from senior leadership to project manager level
• Experience in leading a team of data governance business analysts
• Experience in data governance tools like Informatica Data Quality, Enterprise Data Catalog, Axon, Collibra
• Experience in metadata management, master and reference data management, data quality and data governance
