Job Brief

We are currently hiring a Video Editor to join our team who will be responsible for creating multimedia presentations using computer software. Their duties include splitting or combining video clips, adding appropriate sounds or graphics and delivering the finished product.

Main Responsibilities of a Video Editor

• Performing the full range of editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to colour correction and colour grading.
• Review the script to better understand the video production requirements
• Editing raw footage content and cutting video sequences to ensure that concepts are translated effectively
• Review all edited tapes to identify any issues and changes as required
• Organizing and managing all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow

Key Requirements

• You have solid prior experience are a video editor or videographer
• You have strong expertise in editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effect, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro
• You possess good colour grading sense and skills and are able to tell a story through editing
• You can perform simple 2D animation, Motion graphics and VFX
• You are organized and with high attention to detail
• You can deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using Python programming language
• Design features, user interactions on web pages, develop APIs
• Create servers and databases for functionality
• Develop front-end website architecture & back-end web applications
• Lead implementation, troubleshoot issues, ensure responsiveness of applications and see through a project from conception to finished product
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications and architecture

You would be great at this job, if you have below mentioned competencies

• Minimum 3 years of Professional Web development experience using Python
• Designing and developing Odoo apps (eg. new module development, customization).
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Hands-On Experience with server-side technologies like Python, server-side Javascript,
• Understand REST APIs and have built them on at least one web framework. Bonus points if you understand GraphQL too.
• Tech /M.Tech preferably in Computer Science
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• An open mind to learn new concepts and implement them to solve real-world problems

As a Sales Officer, you will be resposible for identifying potential towns, appointing distributors, inducting them on processes and system in line with

• Communicating distributor margin and his ROI
• Establising relationships with retailer to address his needs, driving orders, increasing the number of SKU stocked, answering retailer questions and escalating complex issues to senior
• Retailing for secondary sales through explaining company products
• Using cost benefit analyses on retail margin, trade scheme, distributor credit days for retail, implementation of btl activity eg display, merchandise company products etc.
• Overall value/volume target achievement in assigned area
• Building distribution infrastructure in assigned area
• Maintaining record for primary/secondary sales, claims etc.
• Informing senior on competitor’s activities

What you need to have:

• Prior experience of distribution, channel sales, dealersetc
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for sales
• A results-driven approach    

• 3-5yrs of practical DS experience working with varied data sets. Working with retail banking is preferred but not necessary.
• Need to be strong in concepts of statistical modelling – particularly looking for practical knowledge learnt from work experience (should be able to give "rule of thumb" answers)
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to articulate really well.
• Ideally, the data scientist should have interfaced with data engineering and model deployment teams to bring models / solutions to "live" in production.
• Strong working knowledge of python ML stack is very important here.
• Willing to work on diverse range of tasks in building ML related capability on the Corridor Platform as well as client work.
• Someone with strong interest in data engineering aspect of ML is highly preferred, i.e. can play dual role of Data Scientist as well as someone who can code a module on our Corridor Platform writing robust code.
