 What You’ll Do

 Collaborate with developers, designers, and artists to build engaging, high-performance mobile games

 Design and implement player-facing gameplay systems and features

 Build scalable 

Finite State Machines (FSM)

 for character, bot, and UI behavior

 Lead architecture and ensure code quality, efficiency, and scalability

 Optimize and debug gameplay using Unity profiling tools

 Mentor junior devs and participate in regular code reviews

 Stay ahead of mobile and multiplayer game trends, tools, and tech

Required:

 4+ years of Unity development experience (Android/iOS)

 Experience in 

multiplayer game development

 (Photon Fusion or similar)

 Solid grasp of 

FSM architecture

 and modular game logic

 Skilled in 

C#

, Unity APIs, and optimization for mobile platforms

 Experience with 

AI-driven bots

, game logic, and event systems

 Strong debugging and profiling skills (Unity Profiler, Crashlytics, etc.)

 Familiar with Google Play Console / App Store Connect

 Excellent communication & teamwork skills

 Passion for games and understanding of game design fundamentals

What You Bring to the team:

• 2-5 years of working experience in game development, preferable 2D games.
• Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, user session management.
• Good knowledge of game physics and particle systems
• Experience of shipping out games on Android/ iOS and rolling out updates to them
• Ability to plan and estimate timelines of new features/ releases.
• Expert in debugging
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structure and algorithms

Extra Gems for:

• Experience of working in Product industry
• Good understanding of client/ server interaction
• Experience of working on a mobile multiplayer games on scale, will be a huge plus
• Experience with Android development / Objective C

Your responsibilities would include:

• As an Associate Unity game developer, you will be part of the Unity Dev team and will be responsible for the front-end (client) side development.
• You would design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Implement new game features and services 
• Continuously improve the game quality by fixing crashes, ANRs, performance related issues to deliver exceptional experience to our users.
• Integrate third party SDKs like Analytics, Monetisation, Crash reporting etc.
• Create, debug, maintain and optimise the game, and related in-house written libraries used for the game’s development.
• Reporting to team lead regularly in clear and structured way regarding your progress. Proactive communication is a must when deadlines are getting missed.
