Job Description: Preschool Teacher

Sandbox is a new age early learning venture, founded and mentored by alumni from IIT & ISB (Ex. Schlumberger / Zomato / Curefit)
At Sandbox, we believe traditional schooling has failed to nurture creativity, individuality, and innovation. Today’s education system operates in a mass format, churning out homogeneous learners with little room for differentiation. However, the future belongs to those who can make, break, and reimagine—and that’s where Sandbox comes in.
We are building a chain of highly curated experience centers for children (0-10 years old) that move away from rigid, structured learning to a dynamic, hands-on, and exploratory approach. Our mission is to spark creativity, curiosity, and innovation at the earliest stages of childhood—laying the foundation for future thinkers, problem-solvers, and changemakers.

Role Overview
Looking for passionate Preschool Teachers who love working with young children, have a warm and caring personality, and be skilled at engaging children in age-appropriate learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that for holistic development.
● Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for children.
● Guide children in play-based learning, storytelling, music, arts, and sensory activities.
● Observe and document children’s progress, behavior, and development milestones.
● Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s development.
● Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper care of children at all times.
● Collaborate with fellow teachers and caregivers to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements
● Educational Qualification: Graduate (ECCE preferred but not compulsory)
● Experience: 1-6 years of teaching experience in preschool settings
