- Audit work orders for accuracy and make corrections if required

Job Description

You will lead the journey of growth by analysing, solving the problems and executing new projects on ground!

• Create processes and methods to gather business data and create business reports
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
• Responsible for goal setting, planning, and execution of projects at farms
• Develop requirements and operational standards - SOP’s
• Conduct continuous reviews of metrics & drive or assist on improvements

Job Requirement

• Expert in SQL, Excel, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
• 1-2 years of experience as business analyst
• Hands on experience on BI tools - Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Data Studio, Excel etc
• Self-driven, energetic, lives and breathes data with a problem-solving mindset.
• Should be enthusiastic for travelling on ground, lead teams and execute projects.

Who We Are Looking For 

A candidate that is willing to do client servicing and a support mechanism for Business Development along with overall assistance on event projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Shall be responsible for the coordination of campaigns where one would get to learn the entire process of pitching business to the clients and execution of the campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other methods.
• Setting up meetings with the new clients.
• Preparing MOMs and brief documents.
• Brainstorming and preparation of presentations
• Will have to assist in preparing and delivering presentations, and proposals, negotiate and close deals to potential clients and partners.
• Should keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Skills: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Requirements: 

University degree or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, 2-4 years of experience working in English in a business environment. 

Work Experience at any of the following:

• Web research

• Localization projects

• Data collection

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary of this job (Once it moves to a full-time position of 40 hours per week), will be from $520 to $840 per month, depending on experience and competency. 
• The higher end of range will only be for prospectors with extensive professional experience as a high-quality link prospectors.
• But better than that, we have a set pay progression plan which means this can go up with time.
• And a performance incentive plan which means if you’re able to hit targets, you will also qualify for a quarterly bonus as well.
