Role - Technology Lead

Role Overview 

As a Tech lead, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and  procedures, working closely with the co-founders in building a team. You will be responsible for  defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and  debugging of the software applications. The technology lead will be a part of the core leadership  team and will be involved in all crucial decisions. So apart from strong technical skills, leadership is  something we are looking for.  

Responsibilities  

▪ Work Experience between 3 to 5 years in large scale applications with desire to work in fast  paced startups  

▪ Must have led a team of 3 to 10 engineers. Excellent business understanding and  prioritization skills. Fully hands on with coding and up to date with technology trends. 
▪ Focus on code maintainability and performance of application and a demonstrated product  development ability.  

▪ Must be excellent with hiring and should have built a team from scratch or small size 
▪ Provide technical advice and assists in solving programming problems  

▪ Continuously create new and interactive features that would help to improve user  experience and user engagement.  

▪ Assist with troubleshooting of issues as needed 

Tech Stack -

Node Js, Nativescript, Angular, React, React Native, MongoDB, AWS.

Full Stack Developer (MERN)
Responsible and accountable to lead the efforts for multiple technical talent search and hiring. The recruiter should have innovative recruiting experience for product based organizations, while meeting aggressive deadlines with extreme focus on quality while collaborating effectively with the technical teams and creating an impact as an individual contributor while managing a smaller team.
Experience: 2 to 5 years (Number of position 10)

4. Follow up for resolution with DEV/QA team on the issues raised by the customer.
5. Continuous customer success approach with zero attrition to be ensured
6. Filing GST Returns for enterprise customers
7. Providing Reconciliation Statement to the clients.
8. Resolving queries related to E-invoice and EWB for clients

As an AEM Developer you will join a team responsible for delivering and supporting world-class
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. You will develop responsive frontend components and
contribute to all aspects of the AEM Authoring experience including building pages in AEM, training
authors, understanding website/ authoring issues and enhancement requests. You will leverage your
strong technical skills in developing seamless and scalable solutions for premier engagements
alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities
Work with development teams to implement integrated technical solutions.
Develop code in a timely and high quality manner while leveraging standards including site
structure, page templates, navigation and the site information architecture.
Build AEM authoring components, templates, workflows.

Qualification and Experience
3+ years of IT experience with 2+ years of experience within AEM implementing Web Content
Management (WCM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
AEM Developer certification is a must.
Experience in AEM component development, workflow development and integrating AEM with
other applications.
Expertise in AEM and associated technologies such as Sling, OSGI, JCR.
Experience with Java technologies and frameworks.
Experience to other web technologies like Search, XML, XSL etc.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Skill Set

• 1+ years of experience with Android
• Basic understanding of Kotlin
