The Role :

We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market eCommerce brands. You will own the entire sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and closing high-value deals.

What You Will Do

• Drive Revenue: Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Navigate the Enterprise: Expertly manage complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes across eCommerce, Marketing, and Technology teams.
• Consult & Solve: Lead executive-level discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations, collaborating with solutions teams to craft tailored proposals.
• Build Pipeline: Architect a robust pipeline through high-yield inbound and outbound efforts while maintaining meticulous CRM records and forecast accuracy.

What You Bring

• 4 to 8 years of elite B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding aggressive quotas.
• Demonstrated expertise in closing complex deals in the $15K to $150K+ Annual Contract Value (ACV) range.
• A consultative, ownership-driven mindset with exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferred: Background selling into eCommerce/D2C brands, familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, or experience managing US and international accounts.

• First 90 Days: Master the product, run independent discovery calls, and build a qualified pipeline worth 3 to 5 times your quarterly quota.
• First 6 Months: Successfully close your first flagship enterprise accounts and establish scalable outbound motions.
• Ongoing: Consistently achieve quarterly ARR targets while optimizing win rates and sales cycle efficiency.

Your Role

You will lead a small team building the image generation products that create catalog imagery for sellers at scale. You will set the technical approach, judge what is feasible, and stay hands-on, writing prompts and Python alongside your team.

Who We Are Looking For

•     Total experience: 3 to 5 years

•     AI experience: 1 year or more, hands-on

•     Python: strong, everyday coding ability

•     Experience guiding 2 to 4 engineers, formally or informally

You will own delivery for this team, working with the Architect on the wider technical direction. This is a hands-on lead role, not a management role.

AI Skills and Experience

•     Python: strong, hands-on. You will still write code every day.

•     Prompt engineering for image generation models, or equivalent depth in another AI domain, with the judgement to know when a prompt is likely to fail

•     Image manipulation in Python (Pillow, OpenCV): resizing and interpolation, contrast and tonal adjustment, overlaying and joining images, other basic image manipulation funcitons

•     Evaluates the feasibility of a requirement in the AI and LLM domain, and finds creative solutions to stated problems

Good to have

•     LangChain, LangGraph and Airflow; vibe programming (AI-assisted programming)

•     Agent harness and agentic workflows; image-to-image and inpainting workflows; batch processing at volume; awareness of generation cost per image

Learning ability

•     Absorbs new tools and the e-commerce catalog domain, and brings the team along

Other Relevant Skills and Experience

•     Guides 2 to 4 engineers: assigns work, reviews output, unblocks and grows them

•     Git and code review discipline; owns quality and daily output for the team

Educational Qualification

•     BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a related engineering discipline
